I bought a cheap free-standing mirror today. I’ve wanted one for ages, for the theatre. We’re a bit nomadic and our ‘dressing rooms’ are often classrooms, or sometimes just empty rooms in abandoned buildings (I kid you not!), and I’m getting fed up with using a hand-held mirror to put my slap on.
I didn’t want it to be boring so thought I could paint it. Made a start this evening and Flickred in between colours, though acrylics dry really quickly. I haven’t ‘made’ anything for ages so this has been quite fun. 
The next stage will be to paint little pictures in each of the 40 squares. I’ve got a few ideas but do feel free to add notes to squares with suggestions. Remember, I’m not that good at painting pictures so they will have to be something simple!
