sometimes theres shirts with this pattern (though usually female) at secondhand stores so that could work. As for applying stuff, its stripes, if your not so good at the patterns and whatnot, try getting a friend to help you out. good luck

Question by Its real for us.: Creative, easy to make Halloween costume?
I’m fourteen and i need to make a costume by sunday. It’s needs to be creative and not slutty, at first i was thinking a tiger (face paint, orange top, ears, tail) but i don’t have any of those things and my budget is . I live in Australia so there is no walmart here.

Good for you for not being a Halloween slut. Instructables.com has a lot of do-it-yourself stuff, just search for something in the top right corner (a show you like, a vague idea you may have, or even just “costumes”).
